Y. Vivek Reddy, The Founder and Managing Director of our organization, brings a rich educational background and extensive professional experience to the table. With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE), a Master of Science degree from the UK (MS), and an AMABE accreditation, he is well-versed in both technical and managerial domains.
In addition to his academic achievements, Vivek Reddy serves as an Adjunct Faculty at the Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI) in Hyderabad, where he imparts his knowledge and expertise to engineering students. He is actively involved in collaborating with over 200 engineering colleges, contributing to the enhancement of engineering education and industry-academic partnerships.
Vivek Reddy has played a pivotal role in establishing various initiatives aimed at bridging the gap between academia and industry. Notably, he has been instrumental in setting up Industry Connect programs, an Online Assessment platform, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) with industry participation. These endeavors have facilitated practical learning experiences for students and fostered collaborations between academia and industry stakeholders.
His professional journey has taken him across borders, with significant stints in the UK, Spain, and Gibraltar, where he held techno-managerial roles at leading companies in the gaming industry. During his time abroad, Vivek Reddy also pursued part-time teaching positions at esteemed institutions such as Middlesex University, UK, and CTL, London.
Prior to his current role, Vivek Reddy served as the Head of Technology at SPIELOG2 (formerly St. Minver), a prominent online gaming company. He also held the position of Vice President at eGramIT Services Pvt Ltd (now E-Centric Solutions Pvt Ltd), a pioneering rural BPO company providing employment and training opportunities in rural areas. E-Centric Solutions is a CMM level 5 IT solutions company catering to both domestic and international clients.
At our organization, Vivek Reddy spearheads the provision of innovative E-learning solutions, including QR Code Certificate Generator with Cloud Data Hosting, Learning Management Solutions, Online Assessment Platform, Tablet-based Learning Solutions, Wireless Camera Monitoring, and Biometric Attendance Monitoring Systems. Mr. Arif Ahmad is a seasoned professional boasting over 14 years of expertise in a spectrum of domains including Monitoring & Evaluation, Administration & Supervision, Field Survey, Market Research, Quantitative and Qualitative Research, Bid Management, Project Management, and Operations Management. With a robust background in project management, GIS-based surveys, and both quantitative and qualitative research, he has collaborated with state and central level dignitaries, employing various research methodologies and efficient sampling strategies to monitor policy effects and impacts.
His clientele encompasses esteemed entities such as Central Government and State Government Ministries, as well as various councils and committees including UDHD, MoHUA, NFHS, RBI, MoRD, Ministry of Textiles, GMC, and GHMC. With over 14 years of dedicated focus on urban issues, he has served as an advisor and actively participated in execution and project implementation. Noteworthy projects include his roles as project manager and team leader for the Largest Sanitation Assessment (Swachh Survekshan) conducted across 4000+ ULBs throughout India in 2018 and 2019.
Mr. Ahmad's contributions extend to assisting the Srinagar Municipal Corporation in digitizing their births and deaths registry and developing comprehensive e-governance systems. His involvement in executing various e-governance projects for ministries and state departments, encompassing research, monitoring and evaluation, and data collection, highlights his multifaceted expertise.
Additionally, he has advised private clients on urban issues and supervised extensive data collection and analysis initiatives, including studies on street children in Kolkata, Howrah, Mughal Sarai, and Lucknow for Save the Children. He also spearheaded the setup of charge centers and data collection for the Socio-Economic and Caste Census 2011 across several ULBs in Uttar Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.
